Key Responsibilities Drive growth within the existing customer base in the Mid Market segment through expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities Build and deepen relationships with current customers to maximize value and adoption while analyzing customer usage data for trends and expansion signals Deliver presentations and product demos, collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Required Qualifications Proven experience in sales roles focused on expanding and retaining existing customer relationships, ideally within SaaS Strong track record of identifying and closing upsell/cross-sell opportunities Highly organized, process-driven, and adaptable to the dynamic nature of sales Experience managing Requests for Information (RFIs) or Requests for Quotes (RFQs) Desirable experience selling project management or productivity software
