Your Role:

Trans Perfect Legal's Sales Associate/Account Manager position is designed to provide hands-on training to develop sales representatives to become successful revenue producing teammates within our global sales organization. The position of Account Manager is a hunter role, responsible for developing new business relationships, sourcing and setting client meetings, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and identifying and resolving client needs.

* Develop a sound understanding of our service offerings, the legal industry, our clients and their needs

* Identify qualified leads through detailed online research including Linked In, Zoom Info, trade show lists, and other investigative methods

* Create detailed lead lists outlining key selling points that will facilitate a strategic sales pitch

* Cold call leads

* Generate creative outreach to leads

* Set and maintain an active calendar of new client meetings and networking events

* Create and improve business development strategies

* Develop and maintain a healthy busienss pipeline

* Partner with internal subject matter experts to understand and maximize opportunities

Qualifications:

* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

* 1-3 years sales experience

* Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent

* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Effective time management

* Experience in the legal industry, strongly preferred
