Regional Sales Manager

Our client is a fast-growing, premium food and beverage company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across a key Northeast territory. This is a hands‑on role for a proven sales leader who thrives in food service and hospitality environments and enjoys building markets through direct selling and distributor partnerships.

• Drive regional revenue growth through direct selling and distributor partnerships
• Prospect and close new multi‑unit, high‑profile, and strategic accounts
• Own and manage food service and hospitality distributor relationships
• Maintain a strong field presence and lead by example
• Coach, support, and develop Territory Sales Representatives
• Build and execute regional growth strategies aligned with company goals
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and leadership
• Represent a premium product portfolio in chef‑driven and hospitality‑forward environments

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in food and beverage required
• 8+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
• Strong background in food service and hospitality sales
• Experience managing distributors and multi‑unit accounts
• Proven hunter mentality with the ability to open new business
• Comfort selling premium products where storytelling and quality matter
• Highly autonomous, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-growing organization
