Account Executive Venture-Backed Fintech Company Transforming Healthcare

A New York–based fintech company focused exclusively on the healthcare industry has raised $59 million in equity and debt financing from leading institutional investors including Andreesen Horowitz (a17z), New Enterprise Associates (NEF), Pontera Capital, and others.

The company’s mission is to modernize financial infrastructure and supply chain solutions for healthcare providers. Its platform combines healthcare-specific financial products, expense management software, and purchasing solutions to help physicians and operators better manage their practices.

With strong investor backing, experienced leadership, and rapid growth, the organization is expanding its DC-based sales team.

The Opportunity

The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, driving new revenue across healthcare operators including medical practices and provider groups.

This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role within a rapidly growing vertical fintech company.

Compensation
  • Base salary: $90,000 – $110,000
  • On-target earnings:
    Up to $200,000
  • 3-month structured ramp period
  • 2–3 month average sales cycle
  • Clear monthly revenue targets

Shorter sales cycles and a high-volume market create meaningful earnings potential for strong performers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Conduct discovery conversations with healthcare operators
  • Present financial and purchasing solutions tailored to healthcare practices
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy in Salesforce
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets
Ideal Background
  • Experience selling into healthcare (medical device, pharma, healthcare SaaS, or services)
  • OR operational experience within healthcare environments
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Comfort operating in a metrics-driven environment
  • Competitive, self-motivated mindset

Healthcare industry familiarity is a significant advantage.
