Role:
Regional Business Director, Hematology, leading sales teams across Northeast regions for Johnson & Johnson's hematology portfolio, including DARZALEX, TECVAYLI, and TALVEY.
Objectives: drive sales growth, develop high-performing teams, and build strategic customer relationships within the hematology/oncology space.
Responsibilities- manage and motivate District Managers and Sales Specialists
- develop and execute business plans aligned with corporate strategies
- analyze sales data for performance optimization
- collaborate with internal cross-functional partners (e.g., sales leadership, clinical educators, marketing)
- foster a compliant, innovative environment
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years relevant industry experience, including 5+ years in key commercial roles within pharmaceuticals or healthcare
- prior management experience
- valid driver's license
- willingness to travel up to 50%
- cross-functional expertise beyond sales (e.g., marketing, strategic planning)
- experience in hematology or oncology
- familiarity with AI or emerging technologies
High-Value: focus on hematology/oncology, leadership role, field-based in the Northeast, with a comprehensive compensation package including performance bonuses and benefits.
Work setup: field-based, regional travel required.
