Be Fit. Change Lives. Have Fun.

Are you passionate about fitness, obsessed with great customer experiences, and energized by sales and leadership?

Do you love being around people, building a team, hitting goals, and creating an environment where members actually want to come back? Are you the person who naturally takes ownership, sees what needs to be done, and makes it happen?

If that sounds like you, Orange theory Fitness Tenleytown wants to meet you.

We’re looking for a Studio Manager who leads from the front — someone who is fitness-first, sales-driven, highly organized, and genuinely loves people.

This role is about much more than managing a studio. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, leading and developing a high-performing team, creating an exceptional member experience, and bringing the energy that makes our studio special.

What You’ll Do Lead the Sales

You will own the studio’s sales performance and help turn interest into memberships.

  • Lead the team to consistently hit and exceed membership and revenue goals.
  • Coach the sales team on lead follow‑up, consultations, closing, and retention.
  • Personally engage with prospects and help them find the right path into OTF.
  • Create a culture where sales feels authentic, personal, and member-focused.
  • Track performance, identify opportunities, and take action quickly.
  • Follow up relentlessly — but never in a way that feels like spam.
Lead the Team

Your team will look to you for energy, direction, accountability, and support.

  • Hire, train, coach, motivate, and develop studio employees.
  • Set clear expectations and hold people accountable.
  • Recognize great performance and address challenges directly.
  • Build a team culture where people want to show up, work hard, and have fun.
  • Lead by example — especially when it comes to member experience, sales, and fitness.
Own the Member Experience

At Tenleytown, members aren't just memberships. They’re our people.

  • Know members by name and make them feel seen when they walk through the door.
  • Celebrate milestones — first class, 10th class, 20th class, birthdays, PRs, and everything in between.
  • Turn first‑time visitors into loyal members and members into raving fans.
  • Listen to feedback and solve problems quickly.
  • Create a studio environment that feels welcoming, energetic, personal, and fun.
Run the Studio

You’ll own the big picture while still caring about the details.

  • Ensure the studio is clean, organized, welcoming, and operating at a high standard.
  • Manage schedules, studio operations, inventory, and day‑to‑day needs.
  • Communicate effectively with coaches, sales associates, leadership, vendors, and members.
  • When something goes wrong, you own it and get it fixed.
  • Look for ways to make the studio better every day.
Who You Are Fitness comes first. Sales and leadership are close behind.

You don't have to be a fitness industry veteran, but you should genuinely believe in the power of exercise and live an active lifestyle. You should be someone who gets excited talking about fitness because you actually care about it.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Fitness‑first: You genuinely enjoy working out and believe in the impact fitness can have on people’s lives.
  • Sales‑driven: You like goals, competition, closing business, and winning — while still putting the member first.
  • A natural leader: People trust you, follow you, and know what you expect from them.
  • Accountable: You do what you say you'll do. You don't make excuses.
  • Energetic and approachable: You bring positive energy into the studio without needing to be the loudest person in the…
