* Identify opportunities to integrate operational collection workflows, intelligence data sources, and AI-enabled capabilities.
* Translate collection management processes and operational needs into developer-consumable workflows, requirements, and user stories.
* Communicate operational constraints, governance structures, data ownership considerations, and integration tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Work across collection management tools, intelligence platforms, and data environments spanning multiple intelligence disciplines.
* Coordinate with operational users, platform and data owners, government stakeholders, and technical development teams.
* Help bridge the gap between operational collection management and technical capability development, ensuring proposed integrations are practical and mission-relevant.
* Provide operational insight and user feedback throughout iterative capability-development cycles. Required Skills
* Active TS/SCI clearance.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
* U.S. Citizenship.
* Demonstrated operational collection management experience at the Combatant Command level.
* Deep understanding of how collection management supports the broader intelligence and targeting enterprise.
* Experience with cross-discipline/multi-INT collection requirements management and orchestration.
* Familiarity with collection management tools, intelligence platforms, data environments, and associated governance and ownership structures.
* Ability to translate operational collection challenges into requirements that software engineers and technical teams can understand and build against.
* Ability to operate effectively within fast-paced, multi-vendor, government-led development environments with evolving priorities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical developers, operational users, senior leaders, government stakeholders, and external vendors.
* Ability to support periodic travel, approximately every 30 days, to Combatant Commands, service components, operational units, and industry/vendor locations. Desired Skills
* CENTCOM collection management or collection orchestration experience.
* Experience supporting DoD software, AI/ML, data, or operational capability-development programs.
* Existing relationships with operational platform or data owners.
* Experience working within classified operational environments and navigating cross-domain data constraints.
* Familiarity with Agile development practices, rapid capability delivery, and iterative user-feedback cycles.
* Prior Military Intelligence or Intelligence Community experience.
