Market Staff are the face of FRESHFARM y play a key role in the success and growth of markets and work as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, reporting to the Market Personnel Manager. Substitute Market Staff fill in open shifts as needed at any of our 20+ markets, typically working an average of 1-3 shifts per month.

Successful candidates will be creative problem solvers, clear communicators, collaborative team members, and passionate about creating inclusive community spaces all about regional, accessible, fresh food. Previous experience in customer service, retail, food & ag, or foreign language aptitude, specifically Spanish and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus, but not required.
