Provide customer service to visitors and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a cultural institution location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of galleries, public areas, offices, and perimeter areas to deter suspicious activity;
Monitor entrances, exhibit areas, and restricted spaces to manage access and observe for unusual behavior;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, coordinating with site representatives, and/or contacting emergency services as directed by procedure;
Complete required documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift handoff notes, and communicate observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management
