Polygraph Examiner

We are also recruiting nationwide for Certified Polygraph Examiners.

Minimum qualifications include:

• Possession of certification from NCCA or its predecessor institutions;
• Completion of the Psycho physiological Detection of Deception (PPD) program and certification from the National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA) or its predecessor institutions.

For NCCA certification, the examiner must have:

• Conducted at least 200 polygraph examinations;
• At least 2 years of experience as a polygraph examiner;
• Maintained current standing with 80 hours of continuing education for ongoing certification.

We are also recruiting nationwide for contractor positions with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), requiring similar certifications and experience, security clearance, and specific training in TSA information security awareness.

Polygraph Examiners will follow LEPET guidelines, including:

• Pre-test documentation review and communication with QC Manager;
• Data analysis and testing;
• Conducting interviews and examinations following federal protocols;
• Reporting and documentation within specified timelines.

Testing locations include Atlantic City, Atlanta, Dallas, Los Angeles, and Miami. No paid travel is provided. Equipment is supplied by Potomac Management Solutions, utilizing Lafayette Instruments.

Position is full-time, mid-senior level, in the Human Resources Services industry, with locations in Washington, DC, and McLean, VA. Salary ranges from $84,601 to $156,755.
