The RoleAs a Federal Civilian Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving Grey Noise’s sales efforts across the U.S. Federal Civilian Agencies. You will identify and close new business opportunities, grow key accounts, and represent Grey Noise as a trusted partner to cyber personnel within Federal Civilian agencies. This is a high‑impact role requiring a blend of technical acumen, strategic sales execution, and federal domain expertise.
WhatYou Will Do
- Own the Federal Civilian territory and exceed individual revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business and expansion opportunities within the public sector.
- Conduct effective PoVs in partnership with Sales Engineering.
- Forecast accurately using CRM (Hub Spot) and maintain strong sales hygiene.
- Represent Grey Noise at Federal security and technology events.
- 5+ years of cybersecurity sales experience in the Federal Civilian market.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex federal environments.
- Strong understanding of the Federal procurement lifecycle, including key contract vehicles.
- Familiarity with security tools like Threat Intelligence platforms, SIEM, SOAR, and TIP.
- Ability to navigate multi‑stakeholder environments and influence technical and executive audiences.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, early‑stage startup with minimal guidance.
