Security Officer - PT Roving Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors and facility personnel by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a transportation parking location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with unauthorized parking, disturbances, suspicious activity, and/or medical situations, and notifying local responders as directed by post orders;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the parking structure, stairwells, elevators, entry and exit lanes, and surrounding perimeter to deter prohibited activity and identify maintenance or access concerns;
Monitor vehicle and pedestrian access points, observe camera systems and/or alarm notifications as assigned, and report irregular conditions to site contacts following established escalation procedures;
Complete shift documentation such as activity logs and incident reports, communicate clearly with dispatch and site representatives, and assist with lost and found inquiries and directions as needed
