Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a transportation parking facility.;
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting crowd and vehicle flow during peak arrival and departure periods.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout parking levels, stairwells, elevators, entry and exit lanes, pay stations, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by location.;
Monitor access points and parking areas for unusual activity, unattended items, and/or suspicious behavior to help to deter prohibited activity, and promptly communicate concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services.;
Document patrols, incidents, and customer service interactions in written reports and/or electronic logs, and assist with lost and found, directions, and escort requests as needed.
