Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter access points; working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and access control systems; document and report irregular activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to site leadership;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, coordinating with site personnel, and contacting law enforcement and/or emergency services when required;
Complete detailed security-related reports, incident logs, and shift activity documentation; support investigations by preserving observations and maintaining chain of custody for items collected
