Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas at a government location;
Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify authorization when required, and help to deter unauthorized entry and/or policy violations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, observing and reporting, and requesting assistance when needed;
Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity in written reports and/or electronic logs and communicate status updates to Allied Universal supervision and onsite contacts
