Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control, and other security-related duties, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property, including interior common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location.;
Monitor and report unusual activity, property conditions, and maintenance concerns observed during patrols, and communicate updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision as needed.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance, gathering information, and completing required notifications.;
Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift pass-downs, using clear and accurate details to support follow-up and continuity.
