Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an educational location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of campus buildings, common areas, residence hall exteriors as assigned, and the perimeter, with working conditions that may vary by post.;
Control access points as assigned by monitoring entrances, checking identification when required, and directing visitors to appropriate destinations.;
Complete daily activity reports and incident reports, support investigations by preserving observed details, and communicate updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts.
