Who We Are Looking For: A vigilant and professional unarmed security guard to join our team in Montgomery County, Maryland. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of our clients' premises, employees, and visitors while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect unauthorized activity
• Monitor surveillance systems and report suspicious activities
• Respond to alarms and incidents promptly, following established protocols
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors
• Write detailed reports of daily activities and incidents
• Enforce property rules and regulations in a polite yet firm manner
• Assist with access control, including checking IDs and issuing visitor passes
• Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary

• Valid Maryland Security Guard Certification
• At least 18 years of age
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Team Player
• Takes Initiative
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours)
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Prior security experience preferred but not required

• Must comply with Maryland State Police licensing requirements for security guards
• Ability to obtain a Maryland Security Guard license, including passing a criminal background check
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 25 pounds
• Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards
• Ability to utilize basic hardware and software: reporting programs, metal detectors, visitor badge printers, and other routine assets.
• Competitive hourly wage ($18.15-$23 per hour)
