Step into a mission-critical Senior Security Manager, Facility Security Officer (FSO) role working for an organization with a premier ranking in the BGOV
200. You’ll lead a security team, own TS/SCI and SCI clearance operations, and be the go-to expert for NISPOM, DCSA inspections, and classified program protection. If you’re a seasoned, certified FSO with a TS/SCI who loves being at the center of national security work, you’ll have the autonomy, visibility, and impact you’ve been looking for in this new role.

Are you an experienced security professional with at least ten years of progressive security, government, or industry experience? If so, you’re the ideal candidate for this position if you also have:
- Active TS/SCI clearance (ability to obtain a polygraph) and FSO certification for processing facilities.
- Minimum of 10 years in security, government, or industry roles with progressive responsibility.
- Proficiency with DISS, NBIS, NISS, ACCS, SIMS, and a solid understanding of 32 CFR 117 (NISPOM Rule) and COMSEC requirements.
- Proven discretion, sound judgment, problem-solving ability, teamwork, and strong communication and presentation skills.
- Professional skills:
Effective time management and organizational ability.
What You’ll Take Ownership of in This Role
- Oversee security compliance:
Ensure adherence to DoD and Intelligence Community security directives, NISPOM requirements, and support government inspection readiness. - Manage personnel security:
Initiate, review, and process clearances, reinvestigations, and SCI requests through ACCS, and maintain clearance records and visit authorizations. - Lead administrative operations:
Supervise a team of security administrators and manage badging functions, access control systems, and document control for classified materials. - Conduct security briefings:
Deliver onboarding, debriefing, and specialized briefings (e.g., SF 312, NATO) and handle clearance status communications across the organization. - Handle compliance documentation:
Maintain facility security files (SF 328, KMP lists, DD254), oversee fingerprint submissions (SWFT), and review background screening results.
