** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter access points; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

+ Monitor alarms, cameras, and access control systems; document and report irregular activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to site leadership.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, coordinating with site personnel, and contacting law enforcement and/or emergency services when required.

+ Complete detailed security-related reports, incident logs, and shift activity documentation; support investigations by preserving observations and maintaining chain of custody for items collected.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have 3+ years combined law enforcement, military, and/or security experience or a college degree.

+ Have an armed guard card and/or license.

+ Be 21+ years of age.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
