IHG Hotels & Resorts - 1401 Pennsylvania Avenue Northwest - Responsibilities: patrol the premises, monitor entrances, control access, and respond to calls, alarms and emergencies;
Record necessary incident reports and information for police, fire agencies, Corporate Legal, Corporate Claims Management, and insurers;
Check guests in and out and manage wake-up calls;
Investigate loss and safety incidents involving guests or staff and take appropriate action;
Possibly administer CPR and coordinate with EMS as required
