Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an educational location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, walkways, parking areas, and perimeter points to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and observe activity across the location, reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior according to post instructions.;
Support daily campus operations by assisting with directions, visitor questions, and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence throughout assigned areas.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to campus contacts and/or first responders as needed.
