Overview

The ideal candidate possesses a pleasant demeanor and good communication skills. Availability to work nights and weekends. Duties include tearing or scanning tickets, directing patrons to their seats, keeping the house orderly during the event, directing patrons to the nearest exit at the end of the program. In the event of an emergency, take appropriate action to clear patrons safely from the venue.

• Tear or scan tickets as assigned.
• Direct patrons to seats and assist with seating as needed.
• Maintain order in the venue during events.
• Direct patrons to the nearest exit at the end of the program.
• Take appropriate action to clear patrons safely from the venue in an emergency.

• Excellent customer service skills.
