Security Officer Mobile Patrol Associate

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with property management and/or emergency services when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor entry points, common areas, and assigned locations for security-related concerns, assisting with visitor direction, policy awareness, and/or credential checks as required by the site.;
Support daily operations at the property by reporting hazards, disturbances, and policy violations, and by maintaining detailed activity logs and incident reports.
