Top Secret/SCI clearance required at the time of contract award. - Secure Communications Lead –
Top Secret/SCI clearance required at the time of contract award. - All Other Key Positions –
Top Secret clearance required at the time of contract award.

Overseas Assignment Personnel
Personnel assigned to support overseas locations must:
- Meet all clearance requirements specified in the contract.
- May require Final (not Interim) Top Secret clearance for access to core communication centers.
- Meet additional requirements for critical HUMINT threat locations, including:
- Defense Security (DS) name checks.
- DS suitability/acceptability review for deployments exceeding 90 days
