Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-control issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, parking areas, common areas, loading docks, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and building information, and report suspicious behavior, property conditions, or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.;
Complete required reports, daily activity logs, and incident documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
