Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions;
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, reporting suspicious activity and policy violations to appropriate personnel;
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements
