Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Spanish Reception Intake

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and customers at the front desk of a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies;
Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials as required, maintain visitor records, and direct guests to appropriate areas;
Answer incoming calls, provide general information, and communicate security-related concerns to appropriate personnel;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures;
Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report unusual activity, access concerns, and policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and/or site management
