Security Officer Part Time Reception Security

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or clients at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Monitor access to the location, greet and screen visitors, verify identification and visitor authorization, and direct guests according to site procedures.;
Maintain accurate visitor logs, issue and collect access credentials as authorized, and communicate access concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.;
Support a professional lobby environment by answering inquiries, receiving deliveries, and reporting unusual activity or facility concerns to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
