Global Security - Regional Security Manager

Reporting directly to Consumer Security’s Atlantic Division Security Director, the Consumer Bank Regional Security Manager will drive execution of security strategies that will improve operational effectiveness and ensure the safety of Chase employees and customers within the Consumer Bank Mid-Atlantic region.

These initiatives will help ensure that Chase has the appropriate securitycontrols in the branch environmentregardingphysical security, technical security, and threat management.

The ideal Consumer Bank Regional Security Manager is someone who has the knowledge andexpertisein managing a large physical security program with the ability to engage leadership around critical topics with supported relevant data.

As a Consumer Bank Regional Security Manager in the Consumer Bank Mid-Atlantic region, you will lead the execution of innovative security strategies that safeguard our employees and customers. You will collaborate with leadership, leverage data-driven insights, and drive impactful programs that enhance operational effectiveness and support Chase’s commitment to a secure branch environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in achieving business goals while maintaining the highest standards of security.

• Oversee day-to-day security operations while analyzing and prioritizing security events based on their severity including incident response of the Region of assignment to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures that relate to the Consumer Bank Security team and Global Security as a whole
• Manage the entire end-to-end guard management program for the Region of assignment
• Ensure safety and security issues stemming from incident reports are handled; constructfact basedincident report responses within system of record; liaison with appropriate law enforcement agencies as needed
• Ensure security surveys are conductedin accordance with Consumer Security standards and procedures plus support the life cycle of security systems for existing properties and new-build construction
• Collaborate with the Chase branch staff on a regular basis to foster a culture of security awareness and vigilance through training,communication and engagement plus coordinate physical security operations with Consumer Bank Regional Management team (i.e.Regional Support Leads and Operating Model Leads)
• Partner with internal investigations/fraud/HR/Legal as needed;maintainchain-of-custody and documentation standards.
• Deliver/coordinate security awareness training for consumer-site staff (robbery response, de-escalation, workplace violence prevention, travel/site safety).
• Partner with key security program members, decision makers, and stakeholders and being able to effectively communicate the needs and status of the security program
• Utilize Business Intelligence tools (e.g.Tableau) or Microsoft Excel to analyze and interpret security data,identifytrendsand develop actionable insights which will include managing their security budgets and expenses effectively, ensuringoptimalresource allocation and cost control
• On call outside regular working hours – Mustpossesscellular phone with capability to support JPMC sponsored software
• People Management responsibilities may be a requirement in the future, Travel is required- within the Region on a weekly basis; within the Division as needed

• 10+ years of relevant physical security experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
• Proven experience in developing and implementing security programs and strategies, performing risk analysis,identifying vulnerabilities, conducting threat modeling, securityreviewsand expense management
• Knowledge of physical security technology systems and project managing security technology integrators; strong familiarity with Real Estate related Physical Security issues
