As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to alarms and security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service.

Part Time
Pay Rate: $28.00 / Hour
Job Schedule:- Sat: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Sun: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government-related location.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and/or potential hazards.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations promptly to Allied Universal leadership and/or designated site contacts.
- Support the protection of government-related property, equipment, and information by following post orders, reporting policy concerns, and maintaining a professional presence.
- Have at least one year of security-related experience.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
