Community of Hope in Washington, DC, is seeking a Resident Monitor for a full‑time, 8am–4pm schedule (Mon–Fri). This on-site role supports the Short-Term Family Housing program by providing building security, greeting residents and visitors, and reporting concerns to the team.
You’ll monitor lobby and public areas, verify IDs, log staff arrivals, complete incident reports, and assist residents as needed in alignment with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
