Responsibilities:- Provide expertise in physical security systems, equipment lifecycle management, and federal security operations
- Assess security equipment inventories, asset data, maintenance and replacement practices, lifecycle planning, and supporting processes to identify gaps affecting equipment visibility, readiness, sustainability, and investment decisions
- Evaluate asset management practices in the context of operational requirements, facility conditions, technology compatibility, maintenance history, and lifecycle risk
- Work with process, workforce, and analytical personnel to help integrate security systems findings with broader Judicial Facility and Security Program recommendations
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum Eight (8) years of experience with physical security systems, equipment lifecycle management, and federal security operations
- Proven ability to assess security equipment inventories, asset data, maintenance and replacement practices, and lifecycle planning to identify gaps affecting equipment visibility, readiness, sustainability, and investment decision making
- Strong background evaluating asset management practices in relation to operational requirements, facility conditions, technology compatibility, maintenance history, and lifecycle risk
- Experience collaborating with process, workforce, and analytical personnel to integrate physical security system findings into broader Judicial Facility and Security Program recommendations
- Ability to produce clear, actionable analyses that enhance equipment visibility, operational readiness, and long term sustainability across diverse security environments
- Previous Federal Court protection experience
- Previous State or County Court protection experience
