Join Our Team as a Lead Professional Restoration Technician!

As a Lead Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for performing hands-on technical tasks, ensuring the functionality and quality of work, and its impact on customers and your team. You will play a vital role in diagnosing and resolving issues, maintaining equipment, serving as the crew lead technician on work sites, and delivering excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities:

Perform mitigation/remediation tasks per work orders and supervisory instructions

Lead and monitor project work, ensuring efficiency of workflow and complying with assigned deadlines/schedules

Inventory and load work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project

Keep detailed records of work performed, including reports and job documentation

Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, along with clean equipment

Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance

Communicate openly with technicians and customers

Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times

Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies relevant to the position

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in water, fire, or mold mitigation/restoration

IICRC certifications (WRT required; ASD, AMRT a plus)

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Experience serving residential & commercial properties

Strong Leadership and communication skills

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)

Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time

Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals

Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary

Compensation: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
