We are seeking an experienced licensed HVAC technician to partner with us as an independent contractor to support ongoing and upcoming residential construction and renovation projects. This opportunity is ideal for a self‑employed professional who operates their own business and is looking to supplement their project pipeline with consistent opportunities.

• Installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, and equipment
• System replacements and upgrades
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Preventive maintenance and repairs
• Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
• Coordinating with project teams and other trades
• Ensuring work meets applicable codes and quality standards

• Active HVAC license (as required by state/local regulations)
• Operates an independent business entity or sole proprietorship
• Own tools, equipment, and transportation
• General liability insurance (COI required)
• Ability to manage schedule and workload independently
• Strong workmanship and attention to detail
• Reliable communication and professionalism

• Project-based or negotiated per scope
• Payment terms outlined in the contractor agreement
