In addition to managing your route, you will assist with site surveys for upcoming construction and maintenance contracts. Your field insight will directly influence project planning, scope accuracy, and long-term equipment reliability. (Top mechanics love this — it signals trust and career progression.) Core Responsibilities- Manage a dedicated maintenance route
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Recommend repairs proactively
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Assist leadership with site surveys for maintenance and construction opportunities
- Provide technical insight to support accurate proposals
- Active Elevator Mechanic License (No Exceptions)
- 3+ years of maintenance experience preferred
- Construction/installation background highly valued
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Professional, self-directed, and dependable
- Comfortable evaluating equipment conditions and identifying project needs

Pay is structured to attract mechanics currently working for the majors. Compensation: $55 - $65 per hour based on experience and licensing. Confidential applications welcomed.
