Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily work for a crew of electricians in the field.
- Lead installation, wiring, and troubleshooting of PLC-based signage and control systems.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
- Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Manage materials, tools, and job documentation.
- Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and engineers to meet deadlines.
- Mentor and train crew members on technical skills and safety practices.
- Minimum 5 years as a foreman or supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, control systems, and low-voltage electrical work.
- Experience with transportation or roadway electrical systems (signage, ITS, lighting) preferred.
- Current Journeyman or Master Electrician License (or equivalent).
- OSHA 30 Certification - Required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
