Blue Star is seeking an experienced licensed plumber to partner with us as an independent contractor supporting ongoing and upcoming residential construction projects. This opportunity is ideal for a self‑employed professional looking to build a long‑term working relationship with a professional and organized builder.

• Install plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment
• Perform rough-in and finish plumbing
• Troubleshoot and complete repairs as needed
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades
• Ensure all work meets applicable codes and Blue Star quality standards

• Active plumbing license (as required by state/local regulations)
• Operates an independent business entity or sole proprietorship
• Own tools, equipment, and transportation
• General liability insurance (COI required)
• Ability to manage schedule and workload independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Professional communication and reliability

• Project-based or negotiated per scope
• Payment terms outlined in contractor agreement
