EMCOR Group - - Responsibilities:
Assist with the operation of all building systems in a safe and efficient manner;
Assist with assigned preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance, capital alterations and utility tasks;
Assist with the maintenance and repair of the building's heating, ventilation, air conditioning and associated controls and other building mechanical equipment such as air-handling units, heat exchangers, pumps and cooling towers.;
Make minor mechanical alterations as required to the air conditioning equipment, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning controls, and other mechanical equipment.;
Attend to requests for service adjustments and other trouble calls
