Schedule: Monday-Thursday 10am-8:30pm

OverviewLoyal Source is seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to support critical security operations for the U.S. Capitol Police. This role is based out of the Fairchild Building in Washington, DC and operates on a four‑day night shift schedule.
We’re looking for a technician with strong hands‑on experience in electronic security systems, particularly in servicing and troubleshooting access control and related hardware.
Key Responsibilities- Service, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic security systems
- Work with access control components including:
- Card readers
- Reader modules
- Main control panels
- Electronic locks
- Door monitoring devices
- Power supplies
- Support and maintain basic CCTV systems
- Utilize computer skills for system diagnostics, updates, and reporting
- Collaborate with security and law enforcement personnel to ensure system reliability
- Provide timely and accurate documentation of service activities
- Experience servicing and troubleshooting electronic security systems
- Strong understanding of access control hardware and system architecture
- Familiarity with basic CCTV systems
- Solid computer proficiency
- Experience with Software House / CCURE systems is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
