Responsibilities
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Event set up and take downs
- Miscellaneous minor electrical work
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Ensuring the building property is properly maintained
- Furniture moving, arrangement, and placement of equipment
- Carrying out frequent checks of all areas and reporting faults using the correct procedure
- Ensuring the safe, correct, and economical use of equipment and cleaning materials
- Performing other maintenance duties as needed
- Performing inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting
$25 - $28 per hour. The hourly rate may vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Typical ShiftMonday – Friday: 6:00am – 2:30pm and rotating on call.
