Vivmark Residential is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance, and prepare market-ready apartments. You may assist in inventory management and, in the Service Manager's absence, take on supervisory duties.
The role requires hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliances, and HVAC, a High School diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to communicate clearly in English.
