Installation Field Supervisor

CCA Floors & Interiors is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Installation Field Supervisor to oversee commercial and residential flooring projects throughout the region.

We are looking for a flooring professional who understands installation, takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with customers and installers, and can confidently resolve issues in the field.

• Oversee flooring installations from start to completion.
• Coordinate with installation crews, customers, sales staff, contractors, and property managers.
• Monitor jobsite conditions, schedules, materials, quality, and progress.
• Resolve installation and customer issues quickly and professionally.
• Ensure work meets manufacturer requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve installation efficiency, reduce waste, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Manage multiple projects while working independently with limited supervision.

• Strong knowledge of flooring installation and industry practices.
• Field supervision, project management, or flooring industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Due to certain customer requirements, U.S. citizenship and no criminal history are required.
