Ongoing Training and Certification Opportunities Career Advancement Opportunities Position Summary As a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems for retail and commercial customers. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment

Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections

Install HVAC/R systems, components, and replacement equipment

Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, refrigeration systems, boilers, and controls

Work on commercial HVAC systems ranging from 1 to 50+ tons Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues

Recommend repair and replacement solutions to customers

Complete work orders, service reports, and required documentation accurately

Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean working condition

Adhere to company safety standards and industry best practices

Provide professional customer service at all job sites

Participate in an on-call rotation, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays

Required Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of Commercial HVAC/R Service experience

Graduate of an accredited HVAC technical training program EPA Universal Certification (Required)
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
