Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer/BI Developer to lead the modernization and automation of enterprise Business Intelligence platforms. This role requires deep experience in Data Warehousing, Tableau development, cloud-based data ecosystems, and hands‑on expertise migrating legacy BI environments (specifically OBIEE) to modern Tableau-based architectures. The ideal candidate will also bring strong automation capabilities, including leveraging APIs, scripting, and AI‑driven workflows to streamline BI operations.

• Experience with data integration tools/frameworks such as Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, Talend, or similar.
• Experience using serverless automation technologies such as AWS Lambda.
• Understanding of machine learning workflows or AI integrations in Databricks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA.
• Experience building rapid‑prototype AI model interfaces with Streamlit, Gradio, or similar tools.
• Business acumen with the ability to align ML solutions with organizational goals.
• Experience optimizing compute and storage resources for performance and cost efficiency.
