Summary

As a Full Stack Developer you will contribute to technical development activities to help achieve the product vision and enable enterprise capabilities. Your work will span both backend and frontend components, including coding, code reviews, feature implementation, and technical support. You will participate in team demos and presentations to showcase platform capabilities to stakeholders and potential new tenants. Success in this role requires strong collaboration skills, effective teamwork within an agile environment, and a commitment to writing quality code that maintains, debugs, and advances the production system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Employ software development techniques for solving analytical challenges that support national security threats.
  • Automate manual analytical processes using software development skills.
  • Expand beyond specializations to include front‑end user interfaces, back‑end microservices, web services, cloud architectures, databases, and other persistent data stores.
  • Deploy IT solutions, user applications, databases, and other capabilities.
  • Design and develop specialized user solutions, applications, and databases using Agile within a Dev Ops environment.
  • Provide tier 3 technical support for deployed applications and databases.
  • Use code versioning tools such as Git.
  • Experience with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
  • Maintain code integrity and organization.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design and launch new features, coordinating deployment procedures and release plans.
  • Keep abreast of the latest software tools, methods, and technologies to solve real‑world problem sets vital to national security.
  • Support off‑hours deployment such as evenings or weekends.
  • High colocation: 70‑80% onsite.
Required Qualifications , Education, and Experience
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Understanding of cloud architectures and enabling tools, such as AWS Cloud (Gov Cloud/C2S).
  • Familiarity with AWS managed services.
  • High experience with back‑end programming languages (Java/Spring, Python).
  • Working knowledge of data stores:
    Mongo

    DB, Dynamo

    DB, Postgre

    SQL, S3, Redshift, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
  • Familiarity with jQuery, ASP/.Net, No

    SQL, PL/SQL, LDAP, HTTP, REST/SOAP, RDBMS.
  • Experience with configuration management and CI tools:
    Git/Git Lab, Jenkins, Sonar Qube, Maven, Ansible, Chef.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix server environments.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology.
  • Working knowledge of collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Desired Qualifications, Education, and Experience
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, JMS/SQS/SNS, Kafka, AWS Lambda, NiFi.
  • Knowledge of public keys and digital certificates.
