10 is hiring for its Data Engineer cohort starting in July 2026. The program is designed for motivated learners eager to build a career in data engineering, offering immersive training in relational and non‑relational databases, APIs, Python, Pandas, Excel, Dash, Snowflake, Docker, Airflow, Apache Spark, and machine learning, followed by two years of client project experience.

• Willingness to relocate anywhere in the continental United States
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
• Bachelor's degree
• Programming experience of at least six months, from academic coursework, hands‑on projects, or professional work in one or more of the following languages:
  Java, Python, C, C#, C, JavaScript, R, SQL, MATLAB, Mathematica, Type Script, Shell scripting, Go, or Kotlin.
• Plus one of the following, clearly listed on your resume:
  • A recent STEM degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline)
  • 12 months of professional work experience in finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, aviation, or tech

• Passion for learning and interest in data engineering
• Strong logic and reasoning skills
• Clear communication and collaboration abilities
• Team‑oriented mindset

• Paid training (3‑4 months) to build technical skills from the ground up – $600 per week
• Mentorship and instruction from senior engineers in an immersive, hands‑on environment
• $2,500 relocation assistance

• Hourly pay rate of $24.04 (~$50k annually) or $28.85 (~$60k annually) depending on assigned location
