Role:
Application Development Lead will translate business and system requirements into Microsoft technical solutions and lead development teams in building enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems. Oversee development of software architecture implementations including integration points, data flows, and technical specifications. Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to development standards across multiple teams. Provide technical guidance on design patterns, frameworks, and best practices.

Review and approve technical designs, code quality, and testing approaches. Collaborate with Systems Architects to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards. Lead code reviews, architectural reviews, and provide mentorship to development team members. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support. Work closely with QA, Dev Ops, and Production Support teams to ensure successful deployment and maintenance of applications.

Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for technology stack improvements. Provide daily supervision and direction to development staff.

• 10+ years of Microsoft Tech Stack Experience required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading technical teams in Agile environments
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience building large-scale web and mobile applications using React
• Proven experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and principles

Bachelor”s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical or scientific field ;
Masters preferred
