Pega Developer
B&A is seeking an experienced Pega Developer for a contract with a federal government client to design, develop, and implement business process management (BPM) and workflow solutions using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Pega PRPC and proven experience building scalable, enterprise-level Pega applications that align with business requirements.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement Pega applications.
- Customize and configure Pega solutions.
- Integrate Pega with other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree
. - 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Pega development

- Proven experience with Pega PRPC.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proven success in contributing to a team‑oriented environment.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment.
- Desire to work in an information systems environment.
- Certification as CSA (Certified System Architect) or CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect).
- Experience with Pega 8.
- Previous consulting or client service delivery experience.
- Specialization in functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise.
- Active Top‑Secret clearance.
