• Design and develop web‑based, real‑time and batch applications.
• Collaborate with design team members and business owners to identify requirements and design new products or extend existing products.
• Produce application prototypes with sufficient detail to enable the development team to complete development work.
• Provide technical oversight, including code reviews and mentoring the technical team.
• Deliver end‑to‑end solutions with a focus on meeting delivery milestones in an agile development environment.
• Propose and document technical design recommendations and improvements, fostering strong technical opinions and open communication.
• Document designs and development work according to established documentation standards.
• Design and oversee unit tests to ensure complete coverage of application logic for each component.

• Deep understanding of application architecture and design with Ruby.
• Experience with SQL/No‑SQL databases.
• Experience with Test‑Driven Development.
• Experience and knowledge of Scrum and agile tools such as Rally, Jenkins, Git Hub, Confluence, Pull Review, log4r, etc.
• Proficiency with JSON, CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and related technologies.
